With cold season on our heels I would like to introduce my favorite trio!
Breathe Steamers: add to bowl of hot water or bottom of shower to clear airways and open lungs
Breathe Salve: apply to neck, chest, and palms of feet to calm cough and open airways
Throat Spray: spray into back of mouth to help soothe a sore throat and kill bacteria

We use the breathe Salve daily for allergies and the throat Spray daily for mouth health!
