A few things to know about the new location:

• Still by appointment only
• There is no waiting area, so please arrive at your scheduled appointment time
• TXT me when you arrive and i’ll let you in for your appointment
• No children are permitted inside the building

A LITTLE ABOUT ME PORQUE AQUI EMPEZO TODO!

A lot of you know me for lymphatic massages and post-op care, but you may not know that this is actually where it all started for me. 🤍

About 3–4 years ago, I started with body contouring, Cavitation, Radio Frequency & Wood Therapy from my house. At the time I had no idea it would open the door to learning so much more about the body.

The more I learned, the more I wanted to understand WHY we do what we do — especially when it came to swelling, inflammation, healing and the lymphatic system.

That curiosity eventually led me to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, learning more about the lymphatic system and finding the part of this work that I truly love, helping women feel better. 🫶🏼

And now I get to bring it ALL together.

After surgery, we focus on HEALING FIRST. Your lymphatic massages, swelling, tissue healing and recovery come before anything else.

Once you’re completely healed and cleared by your surgeon, we can decide what your body actually needs:

•Radio Frequency — for skin firmness, collagen support & improving the appearance of loose skin
•Cavitation — for localized stubborn areas/fullness and additional body contouring
•Wood Therapy — to help sculpt, contour and complement your lymphatic/bodywork treatments
•Lymphatic Massage — to support healthy lymphatic flow and help manage lingering swelling

Sometimes you need one. Sometimes we combine treatments. And sometimes your body just needs more time to heal. And now you know why Cavi/RF are add-ons to your Lymphatic Massage on my service menu. ☺️ It all goes hand in hand!

But these treatments aren’t only for my post-op girls! 🤍

If you’re already on your healthy lifestyle journey, working out, eating better and taking care of your body but you’re not interested in surgery — non-invasive body contouring can be another option to help enhance the work you’re already putting in.

And I want to be VERY transparent about this part

This is NOT a miracle treatment, ni la cirugía es resultado milagroso, and it’s not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle. 🙅🏻‍♀️

Cavitation, RF and Wood Therapy are tools that can support and enhance your results but they work best when you’re already helping yourself. Your nutrition, movement, hydration and consistency still matter.

Think of body contouring as the extra help, not the whole answer. 🤍

I don’t believe in throwing every machine at every body. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Your treatment should make sense for YOUR body, YOUR healing stage and YOUR goals.

It’s crazy to think that something I started doing 3/4 years ago opened the door to my LMT license, my love for the lymphatic system, and eventually InnerFlo Bodyworks. 🥹
