My sweet client drove all the way from the Clovis, New Mexico area to come see me for this transformation 🫶🏼 She had mostly virgin hair, but previously had old highlighted hair that had been colored back dark about a year ago — so we definitely had some areas that wanted to hold onto warmth a little more through the ends.

We did a full balayage, shadow root, custom toning, THEN went back in and spot toned certain areas to get everything as seamless and blended as possible ✨ Finished it off with a healthy cut to get those ends feeling fresh again.

Sometimes transformations aren’t just “one toner and done” it’s customizing every step to the hair in front of you to create a lived-in result that still feels soft, expensive, and low maintenance 🤍

My sweet college girl made the trip home from OKC for another appointment, and today was all about creating a softer, more seamless grow-out.

I used a foilage technique throughout her hair and strategically added her natural color between the foils to erase harsh lines of demarcation, add depth back in, and create a more natural lived-in blonde.

We also gave her a fresh haircut and removed those dry ends since she can’t always make it home from college as often as she’d like. Healthy hair + seamless color is always the goal. 🤍

We’re still working through her color correction journey, but each appointment gets us closer and I am loving how soft and blended her blonde is becoming.
