Our Story

I have been a barber in Amarillo since 1986. I was licensed as a barber instructor in 1989. I got all of my education from West Texas Barber College in Amarillo.
I have owned my own shop in different locations over the years always under the business name of Teresa's Barber Shop.
I love the freedom of owning my own business and I love the interaction that I have with my clients. I have clients from newborn to 93 yrs old, I have always enjoyed being "the family barber' .I have retained many of my original clientele that I built right out of barber college, in a few families I am now working on the 4th generation.
I pride myself on keeping a clean and sanitary shop. I keep my tools sterilized with Barbicide and I keep clippers and shears in an ultra-violet ray sterile cabinet.
I have my regular hours, but I am available after hours or on Sunday or Monday by appointment only with at least a 24 hour notice, unless it’s an emergency for you.
