It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that Dr. Paul will be closing Land Chiropractic due to health issues.

We are planning a retirement celebration for December 30th. More details to come.

Making sure your child maintains correct posture during their school day while carrying a backpack is ESSENTIAL to their developing spine

Here are a few tips from a chiropractor!
- Wear both straps at all times!
- Keep your backpack load light
- Look for backpacks with multiple compartments to ensure proper weight distribution
- Make sure that you bring your child in for spinal checks and adjustments to ensure that the school year isn’t weighing them down!
