I felt like they were all growing out of control so we had an impromptu photoshoot last week. As I sat at my computer to edit them, I just stared shocked at how much they have all changed. My little loves. I’m grasping to hold on to these moments just a little bit longer.

I wish I could say I did a digital card this year out deliberate thought of being eco friendly and conscious. Who really keeps cards longer than a few weeks anyway? But really, life has gotten in the way in the best way possible! 2024 has been challenging, heartbreaking, earth shattering, empowering and I’ll be damned, the best year yet. I love this little crazy life with this little crazy family I have. These humans are everything I could ever want in life and I consider myself blessed. May 2025 be blessed as well.

Started a new tradition of giving Christmas Jammie’s early so they can enjoy them all month long. We also decorated, watched Christmas movies and sent off letters to Santa. Let the best season of the year begin! I think it’s going to be the most magical one yet.

and I have very few photos together in our latest years of marriage. We always seem to get faceless, blurry captures of our crazy life, with the other behind the camera. I’m so thankful for this photo. As it reminds me of how much I truly love this man. In all our years together, he has always looked at me this way. I may not notice because my own perception of myself finds it hard to believe that I ended up with this guy or the distractions of children and life keep me looking another way. But in this simple moment of dancing at a wedding, I’m so thankful that he’s my person. And that 14 years in, after all this. He still looks at me with fireworks in his eyes.

Just a reminder that I am out of the salon until October 28th for my family’s fall break. I will answer any salon or photo related to messages then. I am excited to enjoy time with my family! Thanks for being you, boo!

Today was the last day of summer dance. I will really miss these individuals. ❤️ and can’t wait to see them in the fall. I will scream it from the rooftops until I die. Adaptive dance class is THEE BEST! Each one of these students have taught me incredible values, the importance of love and laughter, and the meaning of life. I couldn’t have been more blessed to spend my summer with them. Thanks for creating such a wonderful space for us.
