In an effort to better preserve our bodies and extend our livelihood, Keira's Health Bar plans to extend its services. Starting # # #, I will sit with you and develop a personalized plan based on your likes, needs and desires which will also aide in you dropping pounds and living a healthier lifestyle.. Each plan will start at $50/hr (1 hour min); anytime spent over the initial hour will be an additional $25. This cost includes consultation, 7 days of meals (3 per day and snacks) and a follow up. For those clients who would like a plan developed on a monthly basis, I can extend services to you as well for $125/hour.

I want to express heartfelt gratitude to my loyal supporters for staying by my side through my endeavors. Please pray for me as I continue to grow my company and don't be afraid to spread the word. I look forward to serving you all.

Thank you,

Keira Monique
