Go recover the woman who became a people pleaser. Go gather the part of you thats still grieving. Life decisions and circumstances may seem as if you have lost yourself. Sis, go recover what you left or layed down in those seasons and situations. Its time for you to recover so you can be made whole.

We always want an apology for how someone treated us...BUT, do we ever apologize to ourselves? As a reflection to our health, mental health, relationships, money.... Sis, its time to look in the mirror and apologize to you for what we may have done to ourselves. Reconciliation to the woman that God intended for us to be is our portion. So let's start getting ourselves back to Gods original plan for us with a simple "Im sorry" to ourself. Love on you for real this go round.

Be intentional about your day. What you worried about yesterday, leave it in yesterday. Each day has its own trouble and joy. Stop carrying over things that shouldn't be. Embrace what needs to be.
Are you having a hard time embracing where you are in life? It seems like nothing is fulfilling or making you feel beautiful like you once did. Sis, you may be grieving the old you. The part of you that was full of life, knew where you were going, and the beautiful/confident you. Something we rarely realize the hardest goodbye is saying farewell to the woman you used to be. Give yourself permission to grieve the old version of yourself while embracing the growth, wisdom, and purpose of the woman you are becoming.
It's not goodby...you are still there. This version of you needs you too.
