For over 30 years Strictly Business & Co has been dedicated to serving behind the chair. We have loved and poured into our clients faithfully. As we continue to use our salon to serve some phenomenal women in beauty, we are extending our platform to serve some phenomenal stylists. Stylists and salon owners who are in the start, middle, and transition of their career. Most importantly, as a woman that occupy these titles.
This next chapter of Strictly Business & Co goes beyond doing hair. We’re getting back to the business of beauty—and back to caring for the stylist and salon owner. Investing in your business is wonderful. However, investing in "you" maybe the game changer your business is needing. A recovered version of you is needed to recover the vision and recover the business.

As beauty professionals, we have to know when to let the old go. The way you started your career may not be feasible to where you are now. Its ok to let go of old habits, services and clients that no longer fits where you are going. Many of us struggle and keep asking God whats next when we have not made room for our next. He has spoken, you feel a shift deep down but the loyalty to what was speaks louder. You are trying to mix two or more seasons in your now season and God is simply saying it's time to shift. Don't try to go back and redo what you have mastered and completed. Its a new day and new level in your life and career. Follow the peace and build.
Announcing the launch of my salon's wellness division: Heart to Heart Beauty Pro Reset. As a veteran cosmetologist and salon owner, there were times when life behind the chair was lifing too hard. The community was slim, and the language to my next wasn't clear.
