Jill at Fringe Salon

Her education was completed in Omaha, NE at Xenon International Academy. She moved to Ames in 2002 and started at Marc-Stephens and Friends AVEDA lifestyle salon. In 2008, she left Marc-Stephens and became an Independent stylist at Star Studio, also in Ames. In 2011, she moved to Dublin, Ireland with her husband. Jill then worked at two of the high-end Dublin salons. Lunatic Fringe, located in the famous Grafton Street District and Storm Hair Design, North Dublin's exclusive AVEDA salon located in seaside Howth Village. While working in Ireland, she was able to gain international training in cutting, color, and finishing/editorial work. Jill has since relocated back to Ames, Iowa. She has worked at building up her business from 2013 to early 2017. In March of 2017 Jill achieved one of her goals and dreams to open a salon. Fringe is located at 110 Main Street in Ames, Iowa. Jill remains passionate about the salon/beauty industry by attending seasonal advanced education, and being inspired by global hair, fashion and make-up trends.
