VAGARO update:
It's not working like it should be.
Those of you who are not being allowed to book due to 'not being current clients ' will need to schedule through me until their IT figure out what's going on.
Those of you who have ghost accounts that I can't find and attach to my business...again, will have to book through me.
Those of you who the Online Scheduling Gods have chosen to bless...are able to book online.
I apologize for the frustration and inconvenience and thank you for hanging on!

CURRENT CLIENTS ONLY

I have been working hard on getting the new system running a bit more smoothly, and I think I've worked out a few issues.

I have the Online Booking set up for current clients only. That means that if you do not have an active account with Vagaro, the system doesn't see you as a current client. I've sent a link with temporary login information. Please follow those links and activate your account. If you did not receive a link, let me know. If you set up an account and are still having trouble, please let me know.
EDIT: Your first Appointment needs to be confirmed or checked out before you are considered current client. I am working on doing this, however I would appreciate you confirming when you get the appointment email.

The second issue was that my business was not coming up in the search option on the Vagaro website. That has been corrected, and you should be able to find me a lot more easily.

Finally, a credit card is required to be saved in your profile. This makes booking appointments faster and ensures that my cancelation policy can be adhered to. Your card won't be charged for other reasons without your permission.

I appreciate your cooperation, as well as your patience, as I navigate through the technology and bumps in the road. You are the reason I have been able to grow my business so quickly.
