💜 Wow has it been busy - still working on that update email for y’all but important things take time and I rarely have a moment to sit and write for the period of time I need. I’ll get there!

🤍 You may notice these times are a bit strange and shallow - that’s because I already have some appointments schedule so this was the best way I could put a couple more appointments out there!
However, If there is a time that’s not available but you are still interested in scheduling, message me and I’ll do my best to get you booked!

Murph is nearly here and we have been training hard to prepare (well, most of us 😅)! Whether it’s to enhance your prep, utilize the recovery, or just get a much needed mini massage, this 30 minute sports massage is for you, and includes:
Normatec leg compression 15-20 min while your upper body receives massage, cupping, and scraping, then 10-15 minutes for the same to your back, shoulders, and neck! 🤤
