I've deleted the Facebook app, installed newsfeed blockers on my mobile and PC.

It feels so weird. Sometimes I'll open my phone browser, load up Facebook, and get greeted by a blank feed. My brain goes, "oh, nothing to see here." Then I log off and save myself about 10-20 minutes.

If anyone else wants to scale back their Facebook usage, let me know and I'll share all the tools I'm using.

It's hard to know how to feel about this. On one hand portable licensure helps therapists move across borders to new business opportunities. On the other, portable licensure means states with dubious or lenient massage guidelines may become more desirable for training. Guess we'll see how it pans out. 😅
