Offering therapeutic and pregnancy massage, hot stone and deep tissue. Specializing in pain relief for joints, sciatic, carpal tunnel and headaches.
My personal belief is that since every body is different, every massage should be different, as well. No two people have the same issues, aches and pains so each massage I do focuses on what the client needs and wants addressed during that time. Sometimes a lighter touch is necessary; other times deeper pressure must be used to achieve the session's goal(s). However, no matter what the circumstances, every client will ALWAYS receive the same commitment to wellness and health improvement and ALWAYS receive a quality, professional therapeutic massage, whether it's a 30 minute relaxation session or a 120 minute deep tissue therapy. I strive for each and every client to leave happy, relaxed and feeling better than when they walked in.
Hard to believe but we're closing in on the last quarter of the year 😲 Just a friendly reminder to start using that FSA/HSA card before it's too late. Both are accepted as payment for massage therapy!

Well, it's been one month at the new location and we're just rolling on into the summer 🌞 I can't say thank you enough for the wonderful friends and clients who have stuck with me through this recent maternity leave and relocation - I am truly blessed!

Zen Therapeutic Wellness is moving!
Our new home will be 1263 Erie Ave in North Tonawanda, located inside Modern Suites. It's right next to the Buffalo Pizza Project. It's quiet, bright, has plenty of parking and we're really looking forward to this new step! As of June 1st we'll be taking all previously scheduled appointments at the new location! We'll be reaching out to everyone and making sure you know where to go. We're confident this will be a very easy, smooth transition and we're looking forward to all of you joining us on this new journey 💚
