Zen Therapeutic Wellness is moving!

Our new home will be 1263 Erie Ave in North Tonawanda, located inside Modern Suites. It's right next to the Buffalo Pizza Project. It's quiet, bright, has plenty of parking and we're really looking forward to this new step! As of June 1st we'll be taking all previously scheduled appointments at the new location! We'll be reaching out to everyone and making sure you know where to go. We're confident this will be a very easy, smooth transition and we're looking forward to all of you joining us on this new journey 💚

Hello friends 💚 I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for all the support, well wishes and words of encouragement over the past year. I'm happy to say I'm back from maternity leave!

Currently I'm only working limited hours, specifically in the morning and early afternoon (the baby will be 12 weeks tomorrow). However - there is a new face in the office: Anna has joined the team and will be taking over afternoon and evening hours, and we're looking to even add some weekend appointments!

The friends who have become my new family.
It's no secret the past two years have been difficult, to say the least. Having left an abusive marriage from a controlling alcoholic I found myself struggling to balance home and business. As a single mother, I was either doing well at home and the business was suffering or business was good but home life wasn't. I made the decision to back away from my work and focus on getting myself and the kids back on track.
I apologize for all the unanswered phone calls, late responses to texts, lack of social media presence and limited hours due to lack of child care. It hasn't been easy but I can honestly say it was worth it!
We have grown so much as a family, healed emotionally and helped each other more than I thought was possible. And I thank each one of you for your patience, understanding, words of encouragement and other multiple ways you've supported me over the years. I am so truly blessed 💚
Things are finally calming down, life has become this new normal and we're thriving again, for perhaps the first time ever. I have a supportive partner, a wonderful bonus daughter, my children are happy and secure and I'm able to be at ease focusing on my growing business again!
I have some new ideas, new plans and can't wait to refocus here. I hope to see you all soon. Thank you again, for everything.
