This is your one stop for all things health and wellness. From booking a massage, to nutrition counseling, to online fitness classes, we have what it takes to help you be the best, healthiest version of you. Our mission involves being accessible to the general population. Massage is more than just a luxury. Personal training isn't just for those with extra money to spend. Getting into better shape

isn't just for those with a fancy gym to work out in. I started in the fitness industry in 2009 as a Personal Trainer. Over the next 10 years, I worked in many different gyms in the Buffalo area. I have worked with people trying to lose weight, become better runners, rehabilitate from back or knee injuries, among many others. I have learned how to adapt exercises to different body types in the safest way possible. I started teaching group fitness in 2010, teaching Pilates and Yoga. Since then I have gone on to receive certifications in Les Mills Body Pump, Body Flow, CxWorx, Body Combat, Sprint, and RPM, Silver Sneakers Classic, Cardio, and Yoga, Piloxing, willPower&grace, Barre, Spinning, and have my 200 RYT. I have also taken specialty courses with HIIT, Bootcamp, Kettlebells, and Medicine balls. I have been able to bring principles from these classes back to my personal training clients as well. I received my Masters in Applied Nutrition in 2016, and have been working to add that layer into my cleints' programs since then. So many personal trainers try to give nutrition advice with no background in the subject. I wanted to set myself apart as the full package. I went back to school for Massage Therapy in 2017, receiving my NYS LMT in 2018. This provides me with another opportunity to help my clients achieve their best health. Massage is more than just a relaxing luxury. It can help heal injuries, prevent future injuries, aid in recovery from normal wear and tear on the body, and so much more. I began using Myofascial Decompression, or cupping, in my services in 2019, and have been able to changes the lives of even more clients. This technique not only aids in relieving muscle tension, but also in drawing toxins out of the body. In 2019 I began working my way through YogaFit's Yoga Therapy Program where I am learning how different movement can help even more people.
