Cassie has been a valued Physical Therapist at Apex since 2019. She earned her Doctorate from MCPHS University in 2016 and brings a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and supported through every stage of life. 💪

She specializes in Women’s Health and pelvic floor physical therapy, is certified in Dry Needling, and is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Cassie reading, gardening, or spending quality time with her husband and two kids 🌿📚

Next up in our Employee Spotlight is Carrie!

Carrie has been a valued part of Apex since 2015, bringing 18 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant across both outpatient orthopedics and home care. In 2024, she expanded her passion for helping others by launching her own business, Essential Pressure Therapeutic Massage.

Carrie has a true gift for hands-on care, with a special focus on therapeutic massage to target problem areas and deliver personalized, results-driven treatments. We’re so lucky to have her offering these services right here at Apex!

When she’s not helping patients feel their best, you’ll find Carrie cheering on her son Levi at baseball games, enjoying live music, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her pup, Stella 🐾

Meaghan is co-owner of Apex Physical Therapy and Fitness and has been helping patients feel their best since earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UMass Lowell in 2008. She has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of TMJ dysfunction, along with being certified in dry needling.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, staying active, and making memories camping with her husband and daughters. 🌿

Kristen brings over 20 years of orthopedic experience and has a special passion for custom orthotic fitting and Women’s Health care. She’s dedicated to helping our patients move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. 💪

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her golfing with her husband, hiking with her pup Mayzie 🐾, or spending time with her two kids.
