Last night’s near-frost temps brought us some rescued garden plants to our little Wellness Seed “Plant Shop” run by The Rustic Seed 🪴 🌺

🍁 Openings for new mental health clients or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy are now available with Jill.
🌙 As we slide into the darker & colder months of the year — we are here to support your wellness needs
🌱 Jill accepts ages 16 and up for regular therapy and age 18 and up for ketamine services.

📣 Who wants to join our space?! 🌱

📍 Starting Oct 1st we have upstairs office space shuffling around creating openings in TWO of our furnished spaces.

👀 Seeking two established wellness providers, with their own LLC, to rent desired days of the week, and join our collaborative wellness center here in Amherst, NH. Only rent what days you need!

🪷 We currently have 10 providers, in their own private practices, sharing our office spaces here—and a huge variety of wellness services. We collaborate and share referrals, blending our services, whenever a client would like/benefit.

🏡 Our two-story office condo is an end-unit, tucked into a quiet wooded area, just off 101a.

🖼️ We have a beautiful art gallery throughout featuring local artists and free vendor space for local artisans and handmade products.

Adaptive Minds

Sarah Lawrence of “Your Holistic Heath Coach” started here at The Seed in May! Please welcome her to our team of healers and wellness providers 💚🌱

🍏 Sarah is a functional nutritionist & lifestyle practitioner and health coach, with some specialties in peri/menopause. She also is a laughter yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ instructor!

📍 Sarah is in person every Tuesday, here in Amherst, and provides telehealth sessions most other days of the week. 💻

#️⃣2️⃣ She is our second “Sarah L” in our space so if you hear us referring to “Sarah 2” this is your gal! ⬆️
