As a self-employed business owner, my schedule is my livelihood.

When appointments are canceled last minute, it directly affects my ability to pay my bills.

To guarantee your preferred time, a non-refundable retainer might start being required to secure all bookings. This amount will be fully applied toward your final service total.

If your appointment isn't canceled within the time frame required, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.

I truly wish I didn't have to make this post, but due to the difficulty in managing my schedule, I just might be introducing a mandatory booking fee and cancellation policy.

This protects my time and allows me to keep appointments open for everyone.
