OMBRÉ POWDER BROWS
👉 A shading technique that is created with a small tattoo machine. The shading is lighter at the front and darker at the tail of the brow. The finished look is powdered filled brows that mimics the look of makeup. This service has different shading variations; bold & defined or soft & powdery. The effects will be waterproof, smudge-proof and completely natural.
