The easiest way to eat well all week is to start thinking about ingredients you can mix, match, and reuse.

When I’m filling my basket, I’m not just thinking about one meal. I’m thinking about what will make the week feel easier, more nourishing, and more flavorful.

I look for:

🍎 Colorful produce for variety. The more color in my basket, the more interesting my meals feel throughout the week and the easier it is to build meals that feel fresh, vibrant, and full of nutrients.

🥬 Fiber + protein combos. This is what helps turn fruits and vegetables into meals that actually feel satisfying.

🍋 Ingredients I can use more than one way. Greens can become salads, wraps, bowls, or quick sautés. Roasted vegetables can become a side, a topping, or the base of a meal. Fruit can become breakfast or a dessert.

🌿 Fresh herbs for flavor. A simple meal can feel completely different when you add basil, cilantro, mint, parsley, or dill. I also love using herbs to make quick dressings, sauces, or toppings that make leftovers feel new again.

🍌 Easy options for busy days. Because even with the best haul, some days still need to be simple. I like having nourishing staples on hand that don’t require much prep, so I can still make a choice that supports my body when the day gets busy.

For the days when I don’t have time to pull a full meal together, I reach for a Remedy Organics shake. They’re an easy way to get organic plant protein, functional ingredients, and something nourishing without having to overthink it.
