APPOINTMENT POLICIES (Deposits + Cancellations)

Hello from ISI! We truly value your time and appreciate you choosing International Salon Institute. To keep our appointments running smoothly and protect time reserved just for you, please review our deposit + cancellation policies below.

DEPOSIT POLICY
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required.

How it works: Your deposit is applied to your service total on the day of your visit.

Refund + transfer:
• Cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment: deposit is fully refundable.
• Cancel 48 to 72 hours before: deposit may be transferred as store credit at 50% of its original value.
• Cancel 24 to 48 hours before: deposit is forfeited.
• Cancel 12 to 24 hours before: deposit is forfeited and you are responsible for the remaining balance of the service booked.
• No-shows: you will be charged the full amount of the service booked, plus a 20% rebooking fee (must be paid before scheduling another appointment).

CANCELLATION POLICY
