A Note to Our Valued Clients
We would like to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to each of you for your ongoing support and for contributing to our salon's warm and welcoming atmosphere.

In recent weeks, we have encountered several instances where young children in the salon have inadvertently caused disruptions, impacting both our staff's ability to work effectively and the overall experience for other clients.

In light of this, we respectfully request that children not accompany adults to the salon unless they are scheduled to receive a service themselves and can remain seated and supervised throughout the appointment.

This policy enables us to maintain a calm and relaxing environment for everyone and ensures the safety of all individuals in the salon.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to strive to provide the highest level of service to each of you.

Thank you,
The Urban Lounge
