I had the honor of hosting my first annual Glow Up Dinner, a night honoring the legacy of my mother by celebrating cancer survivors and the incredible people who care for them. There was so much love, strength, and joy in the room that it's hard to put into words. It was truly a night I'll never forget.

A heartfelt thank you to the Pink Palmetto Project South Carolina Cancer Alliance for giving me my spark back for philanthropy. This initiative has changed my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined, and I'm so grateful to be a part of this mission.

As we navigate perimenopause and menopause, shifting hormones directly impact our hair. Here is what is happening and how to fix it:

Estrogen slows down hair growth and triggers more shedding, Aging reduces sebum production, making natural coils extra dry and brittle. You might notice finer strands or looser curl patterns. Your hair isn’t betraying you it just needs a new routine!
