From March to now… look at this growth 🥹💅
My mom has struggled with nail biting for years, and when we started her Hard Gel journey back in March, her nails were extremely short and damaged. Fast forward to today — her natural nails have grown so much that the original tips are completely grown off 🫶
This is your reminder that EVERYONE starts somewhere. Healthy nails don’t happen overnight, but with consistency, patience, and the right care, real progress is possible. No matter how short, bitten, weak, or damaged your nails may feel right now, your nail journey can start today too 🤍

✨ Nail Science Moment ✨
Ever notice after gel polish cures it can feel a little tacky or “wet” on top? Don’t panic — that’s completely normal! It’s called the inhibition layer (also known as the sticky layer).
This happens when oxygen in the air prevents the very top surface of the gel from fully hardening while it cures under the lamp. The rest of the product underneath is properly cured and solid — only the surface stays slightly tacky.
💅 Why it matters:
• It helps the next layer of gel, color, or top coat bond better
• It does not mean your nails are ruined or uncured
• It’s part of the process with many gel systems
✨ Once your final top coat is applied, that sticky layer is cleansed off and you’re left with the smooth, shiny finished look you love.
So if you ever peek mid-service and think “Wait… why is it sticky?” now you know 😘

it’s not fully private (we share a tiny hallway), but it’s such a peaceful, cozy space and I love the environment here 🌿
