One of the biggest things holding people back is waiting for the “right time.”

The reality is, there will probably never be a perfect time. There will always be something you could plan more, learn more about, or have more figured out. At some point, you just have to start.

There are so many things from the beginning of my business that I would 100% go back and do differently now. But I also wouldn’t know what I know today if I hadn’t opened when I did and learned those lessons along the way.

I’m grateful I started before everything was perfectly in place because owning a business is constant learning. I’m still always finding ways to make Bare better for myself, my employees, and our clients.

The best business advice I’ve ever received? Learn to delegate. 🤎

As a business owner, it’s so easy to feel like you need to have your hands in every part of your business. But when you’re trying to give 10% of yourself to ten different things, you’re never able to give 100% where you’re actually needed.

Eventually, you become the bottleneck.

Delegating has allowed me to be more present; for my business, my team, my clients, and the areas where I can make the biggest impact. It’s not always easy to let go, but learning that I don’t have to do everything myself has been one of the most valuable lessons in growing Bare.
