Now that school is back in session, it's crucial to plan ahead and book your appointments in advance, or you'll be stuck with a haircut that resembles a science experiment gone wrong. You can schedule appointments up to 180 days out, so mark those calendars for picture days, special events, and other important dates that require haircuts. Given our busy schedules, securing a timely appointment can be like finding a needle in a haystack, so book those appointments proactively. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid charges, because no-shows won't be tolerated. Unpaid appointments will not be rescheduled without prior payment, so pay up or risk looking like a hot mess. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I appreciate timely notifications to accommodate changes, because let's face it, life gets crazy. Your consideration of my time is greatly appreciated, as it enables me to provide efficient service and keep the haircut magic happening.

Today marks the 1 Year Anniversary of XLNC By Serina! I was so scared! My good friend once told me change is uncomfortable because it is unfamiliar.
