When Dream came into my life, I couldn’t help but smile at her name.
Because I think so many of us quietly pack our dreams away.
Not because we stop wanting them.
Because life gets loud.
Responsibilities pile up.
We convince ourselves there’s a better time… someday.
But I’ve learned something through working with horses.
They don’t care who you used to be.
They don’t care what title you carry, how productive you’ve been, or how long you’ve ignored that quiet voice inside of you.
They simply meet you exactly where you are.
This is the kind of remembering I get to witness here, week after week. People arrive thinking they’re coming for bodywork, time with the horses, or simply a moment to breathe. More often than not, they leave having reconnected with a part of themselves they thought was gone.
And sometimes, standing beside a horse, you remember a piece of yourself you thought you’d lost.
Maybe that’s why her name feels so fitting.
Maybe our dreams aren’t asking us to do more.
Maybe they’re simply waiting for us to come home to ourselves.

Whole Soul Wellness has grown over the past year, and so has the way I support my clients.

Time doesn’t heal.
It gives us opportunities to choose differently.
That’s why I don’t believe healing happens because enough time has passed.
I believe it happens when someone finally has a safe place to tell the truth, to listen to their body, to process what they’ve been carrying, and to practice something new.
If you’ve been waiting for time to make things better—and you’re realizing it hasn’t—maybe it’s time for a different approach.

The newest member of our pasture family .. this feels like our herd is complete at least for this season..
She will have time to settle in and when she is ready she will join us in facilitating the healing journeys of our clients …

☀️Maybe no one has told you this lately…
You don’t have to earn rest.
You don’t have to earn peace.
You don’t have to become calm before you get here.
This is where it begins!✨
Most people don’t come here because life is going perfectly.
They come because something feels heavy or “off”.
They’re carrying grief.
They’re overwhelmed.
Their body hurts.
They feel stuck.
Or maybe they simply know something needs to change, but they can’t quite put words to it.
The beautiful thing is…You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you come.
At Whole Soul Wellness, we start with you.
Sometimes that looks like bodywork.
Sometimes it’s coaching.

I’m so grateful to my friend for taking the time to come out, sit with me, and share a little piece of Whole Soul Wellness through his local business spotlight series.
What started for me more than 15 years ago with massage therapy has grown and evolved into something I never could have fully imagined back then.
Today, Whole Soul Wellness is a place for people to come back to themselves.
Sometimes that happens through bodywork.
Sometimes through coaching and conversation.
Sometimes with the horses.
Sometimes simply by slowing down long enough to notice what your body has been trying to tell you.
There isn’t one specific way that healing, growth, or change is supposed to look. My work is about meeting people where they are and creating space for what they need next.
Over the years, this property, the animals, and the work I do here have all become woven together into something that is hard to fully explain until you experience it.
It really has become a place to land.
