Urban Flow Pilates Studio

You don’t need to know the exercises.
You don’t need the perfect outfit.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to understand every movement.
Hell, you don’t even need to know what you’re doing yet.
That’s why you’re here.
To LEARN.
Nobody should have to become “good at Pilates” before they feel welcome doing Pilates.
Walk in nervous.
Ask the questions.
Do the modification.
Give yourself permission to be a beginner.
Belonging doesn’t come after mastery.
You belonged the second you walked through the door.
Come as you are.
We’ll take it from there. 🤍

A beautiful morning spent at a beautiful spot ❤️‍🔥

A huge thank you to The Mane Studio for hosting us for a morning of Pilates! We absolutely loved seeing a room full of girls come together, move their bodies, and share in something we’re so passionate about. 🫶🏼

Thank you to every single one of you who came out and joined us — we loved having you and cannot wait to see you again at the Urban Flow studio! 🤎

And of course, the perfect way to finish the morning… refreshments + delicious lattes from Amanda Lee Coffee - Fremont, IN ☕️✨

Our hearts are full. What a morning! 🤍

And that’s on staying ✨CONSISTENT✨ with Pilates @ Urban Flow❤️‍🔥🦐

Today, we pause to remember. 🇺🇸

25 years later, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families forever changed, and the strength shown in the days that followed.

May we always remember the courage, compassion, and unity that brought our country together.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🤍
