HELLO ALL!
My name is Mariah McAllister, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2020. I completed 3 programs with Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Urbandale, Iowa. I am passionate about learning and took far more courses than required in my initial massage training. I truly believe everyone can benefit from massage! My absolute favorite techniques are Hotstone Massage and Therapeutic Massage. I am also knowledgeable about Oncology, prenatal, Thai, cupping, and lymphatic drainage.

I found my passion in massage therapy after seeing the benefits in helping me with the chronic pain I suffer from after a bad car accident in 2012. I broke both of my legs. Having the scar tissue worked on over the course of my schooling has improved the function of my body so much that I can control my pain through getting regular massages.

Outside of Massage, I have 2 beautiful children and an amazing husband. I love to spend my weekends with my family at the family Farm. I am a dog and cat lover. I really enjoy learning about plants! You will get to see my amazing collection at my office!

Come check me out and get a Massage!
