So you think you know how to shampoo your hair??

🫧Did you know that you need to emulsify your shampoo in your palms bringing it to a lather prior to applying it to your scalp?

Lathering before application allows the shampoo to get through your hair and scalp more evenly

🫧Did you know that for the most benefit from your product you should shampoo twice?

The first shampoo breaks up any oil and product build up. While the second shampoo provides the benefits specified by your personal product

🫧Did you know that your shampoo is meant for your scalp while your conditioner is meant for your strands?

Keep your shampoo focused at your scalp and root of your hair. It will do any minor cleansing your strands may need on it way down while rinsing. Focus your conditioner on your ends and mid strands. Some conditioners have scalp benefits and so you can work it all the way up and on to your scalp, but most are too heavy and will cause it to feel oily and weighed down way before you’ve even had a chance to enjoy your freshly washed tresses.

What a spring?!
The weather has been incredible! I don’t know about you but mine was packed with grad parties and birthday parties, including my sweet daughter who is now 2!! How did that happen?!
The studio has also been packed! I love seeing all of your beautiful faces and creating beautiful hair together 🩷
