Brandi’s journey behind the chair started with inspiration long before beauty school ✨

Growing up, she remembers getting haircuts at Douglas J Institute and being captivated by the stylists—their creativity, confidence, and professionalism. As an art kid with a big personality, it showed her that hair could be both craft and self-expression.

Since beginning her career in 2013, Brandi has worked across salon, spa, and barbershop spaces, eventually finding her niche in precision haircutting after moving to Ann Arbor in 2016. Her passion for mastery has taken her across the world to train with top educators throughout Europe, constantly refining her approach to tailored, intentional hair.

Her signature? Precision short haircuts designed with detail, shape, and personalization in mind—using a range of tools and techniques to create results that feel elevated yet effortless.

What she loves most about Roya is the energy shift clients experience the moment they walk through the door. Every detail of the space is intentional, creating an experience that feels restorative, calming, and elevated from start to finish 🤍
