What is SPF? Sun Protection Factor!
What you need to know:
1. Sunscreen isn’t the exact same thing as SPF. You want to make sure your SUNSCREEN has a broad spectrum spf listed
2. Broad Spectrum sunscreen will protect from both UVA (age) & UVB (burn). Very important!
3. Dual functioning moisturizer with spf 15 and above is essential for everyday use
4. All SPF degrades after 2 hours, reapplication is a must
5. Wait 15 minutes after applying a chemical only sunscreen before stepping outside in the elements. Physical protects immediately.
