THANK YOU!! To everyone who took a moment to wish me a happy birthday. This past week has been more than a celebration it’s been a reminder. A reminder of how deeply loved I am how supported I’ve been through every season, and how many people have walked beside me even when I didn’t always have the words to ask for help.

The love I’ve felt isn’t loud or flashy it’s steady. They showed up in messages, calls, hugs, memories, and quiet moments that made me stop and reflect. I don’t take any of it lightly.

I thank God for life for the breath in my body for the lessons that shaped me, for the losses that softened me and for the people who continue to pour into me with grace. This week reminded me that I’m not walking this road alone and for that my heart is full. 🙏🏾❤️
