How often should I get filler?

Injecting involves a lot more math than people realize. 💉
Today’s treatment: the Nefertiti Neck Lift - targeting the platysma (the thin, sheet-like muscle of the neck) to help reduce downward pull and create a more defined appearance along the jawline and neck.
For the neck, I’m using a 2:1 reconstitution for greater spread, while in the upper face I’m using a 1:1 reconstitution for more precise placement.
Same product, different treatment areas, different goals. Reconstitution, dosing, anatomy, and injection technique all matter.

I think about her sometimes. 🤍
Who she thought she’d be and what she imagined her life would look like.
It’s easy to focus on what still needs to be done instead of taking a minute to appreciate how far we’ve come.
I think she’d be pretty proud of the brand we’ve built, the values we’ve stayed true to, and the fact that we get to spend our days helping people feel good about themselves.
A good reminder on the days when the to-do list feels endless.

My favorite part of any appointment is seeing a patient leave feeling more confident than when they walked in.
Whether it’s Botox, a little help with weight management, or simply treating yourself to a medical-grade facial, the goal is never perfection. It’s about taking care of yourself, feeling good in your skin, and still looking and feeling like you.
You can age gracefully and still get Botox. Or you can age gracefully and not get Botox.
The goal is better, not different.
Chase prevention, not perfection. Wear the sunscreen. Take care of your skin. Less sun damage and fewer lines can mean less to correct later.
I truly believe the best injectors are more than injectors. We’re friends, moms, listeners, and here for our patients, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I remember sitting in the kitchen one night after an interview and saying to Bill, “We could do this.”
He looked at me, crunched some data, and agreed. And that was the beginning of Corbin Cosmetics.
Building a business with your spouse is not easy. There really is no “off” time.
To the man who is always on call, for a tech issue, office repair, finance question, payroll, spreadsheet, data analytics… or whatever problem I’ve managed to find that day.
Thank you for being my partner, supporting my ideas, and believing in what we’re building. So much of what you do happens behind the scenes, but it doesn’t go unnoticed.
