All services begin with a Foot Care Assessment.
In an effort to offer a safe and clean alternative to traditional nail salon services, Podiatrist Dr. James McKee enlisted Natural Nail Care Specialist, Katherine Watson to assist in creating a center that not only focused on foot health and comfort but also appearance and care. In addition to nail care services, Feet 1st offers stylish and comfortable shoes, inserts and socks by New Balance, Aleg
ria, Superfeet and Foot Zen. Feet 1st also offers additional foot care products designed to promote healthy feet. We inspect your feet for callus, ingrown nails, cracks and other concerns. We’ll recommend what you can do at home to care for your feet then continue with your scheduled service. PRIVATE TREATMENT ROOMS
We provide complete privacy for our clients in the comfort of our treatment rooms. If you are at all concerned about the condition of your feet or just want to get away from it all, our private atmosphere will allow you to relax and enjoy your service. WHY NO WHIRLPOOLS (FOOT BATHS)? Whirlpools and hot foot baths used in the cleaning of the feet during pedicures are filled with unwanted microorganisms (tinea, nail fungus, various blood borne diseases) and skin particles. We eliminate the possibility of cross contamination with a waterless pedicure. Not only do we provide an effective, yet relaxing, pedicure but most importantly prevent the spread of infection from one client to another. STERILIZATION AND SAFETY
Implements that can’t be sterilized in our autoclave are single use and thrown away after your service. Fresh linens are provided for each client and all hard surfaces are cleaned with a hospital-grade disinfectant between clients. Basic Foot Care

Nails are filed, shaped and buffed. We smooth rough areas with a foot paddle and an exfoliating scrub followed by a hydrating treatment and a relaxing foot and lower leg massage.*
Express Foot Treatment │ 25min │ $40 Nails are filed, shaped and buffed. We smooth rough areas with a foot paddle and an exfoliating scrub followed by a moisturizer. Massage is not available with this treatment.*
Specialty Foot Care
Our specialty foot treatments are variations of our Classic Foot Treatment geared toward a specific lifestyle or concern. We recommend specialty foot care every 6 weeks. Athlete’s Foot Treatment │ 50min │ $65
Catering to men and women who are active for fun or fitness. After nails are filed, shaped and buffed, we smooth rough areas, including calluses and corns, with a foot paddle followed by an extended foot and lower leg massage to release stress and tension.*
Diabetic Foot Treatment │ 50min │ $65
As a diabetic, your foot care should never include sharp, metal implements or soaking in water unless done by your podiatrist’s office. After nails are filed, shaped and buffed, we smooth rough areas with a foot paddle followed by a gentle, yet thorough, massage to increase circulation.*
Arthritis Foot Treatment │ 50min │ $65
Helps relieve stress and decrease arthritis pain. After nails are filed, shaped and buffed, we smooth rough areas with a foot paddle followed by a hydrating treatment and warm booties to increase circulation and joint mobility. We finish your service with a gentle massage to decrease
stiffness and an application of Biofreeze®.*
Mommy-To-Be Foot Treatment │ 50min │ $65
Perfect for soothing sore feet, reducing swelling and increasing circulation. After nails are filed, shaped and buffed, we smooth rough areas with a foot paddle and exfoliating scrub. We finish with an extended foot and lower leg massage and cool towels.* We do not massage the area between your anklebone and heel during your third trimester. Additional Treatments

Dry, cracked heels are not only unsightly, but they can also be a source of pain and embarrassment. We smooth your cracked heels with dual grit foot paddle and intense hydrating foot treatment. For best results, we recommend at least 2-3 sessions. Intense Hydrating Treatment │ 20min │ $40
Get rid of fine lines and dry skin on your hands or feet. Dead skin is removed with an exfoliating scrub then moisturized with a unique butter blend leaving your skin super soft and revitalized. Toe Nail Restoration │ $125/nail
Our toe nail restoration is a safe application that restores the appearance of your natural nails. We can temporarily replace your nails that have been affected by fungus, nail dystrophies and trauma. We create a flexible, non-porous nail that allows the remaining natural nails to grow.*

Foot Massages
The benefits of a foot massage are many, including improved circulation and detoxification, sense of rejuvenation, improved immunity, and a feeling of relaxation. Foot + Calf Massage │ 20min │ $30
After determining your pressure preference, we massage your entire foot and lower calf using petrissage, effleurage and friction massage techniques. Gentle Touch Foot Massage │ 10min │ $20
Helpful for maintaining and improving overall health. We use gentle and light pressure and nourishing foot care products so muscles can relax without causing excessive friction to the skin.
