Post Filler Care: The Dos & Don'ts

Just got filler? A little aftercare goes a long way in helping you get the best results.

✅ DO
Stay hydrated.
Use a cold compress if you have swelling.
Sleep with your head elevated the first night.
Follow all aftercare instructions from your provider.
Be patient while your filler settles.
Call or email us if you have any questions. We are here for you!

❌ DON'T
Touch, press, or massage the area unless instructed.
Do strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
Spend time in excessive heat like saunas or hot tubs for 48 hours.
Drink alcohol for the rest of the day.
Panic if you notice mild swelling or bruising.

Remember, a little swelling and tenderness is completely normal and your final results will continue to improve as everything settles. ✨
