You saw it here! Yes, that is an open bridge. Don’t worry these pictures were taken by a passenger not a driver. Because you cannot touch your phone while you are driving, so please be safe.

At the stand I currently have local honey! I do not have any baked goods right now. As I am planning on taking some time off next week to spend time with my grandchildren. But we will definitely be celebrating this momentous occasion soon.

Well, due to some changes in the construction plan; It sounds like the bridge will be shut down for another month or so. Unfortunately, not the good news we were hoping to hear. But while they work on installing some pretty new sidewalks on the Clear Spring Rd bridge, we hope you continue to take the detour and come visit Brown’s roadside bakery stand.


Will the road be open soon? If you’re curious like us, and planning on swinging by to check; you might as well stop by the bake stand. Grab a tasty treat while you wait for Clear Spring Road to finally be open.

We are anxiously awaiting the clear spring road to be done! Unfortunately, it’s not quite finished yet. But in celebration of it being soon open, I have a ton of baked goods at the stand today!!

What a rainy day. But don’t you worry I’ve been busy baking. I’ve got a lot of delicious goodies up at the stand today so swing on by and grab yourself a tasty treat.

I’ve got a fully stocked up bake stand! Cream Cheese Cupcakes, whoopie pies, and local honey!
