Applying conditioner to the roots can weigh hair down and make it appear greasy more quickly. Instead, focus on the mid-lengths and ends where moisture is needed most. This keeps your hair looking fresh, voluminous, and healthy between washes.

💡 Pro Tip: After applying conditioner, use a wide-tooth comb in the shower to evenly distribute the product and gently detangle without causing breakage.

HAIRDRESSER TIP: The cold water rinse: It’s tough, but it works! Finish your shower with a 10-second blast of cold water on your hair. This helps seal the cuticle flat, locking in moisture and leaving your hair looking incredibly glossy. 🥶💧

I wouldn’t be here without the many clients who have become so much more than clients—you’ve become family and friends. Some of you have been with me since day one, and even before I opened my own doors in 2005. Your support, loyalty, and trust mean more to me than words can express.

The last 20 years have been a journey full of growth, laughter, and countless memories. For the past 2 years, working as a solo stylist in my home studio has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made, and it wouldn’t be possible without all of you standing by me.
