As my business grows, I’m no longer making exceptions to policies that are already clearly listed on my booking site. 💜
Please understand these rules are in place to protect my time, my schedule, my peace, and the experience for ALL clients. Repeated disrespect of policies, excessive last-minute changes, unpaid add-ons, children unable to sit through appointments, or children being left for extended periods after services will no longer be tolerated.
Going forward, there will be zero tolerance for policy violations. Clients who continuously disrespect my rules, time, or boundaries will be blocked from booking future appointments.
I love and appreciate every loyal client who comes prepared, communicates properly, and respects how I run my business. Thank you for helping me keep Sitting Pretty With Lacy professional, peaceful, and running smoothly ✨
