I used to think taking care of myself was selfish.
Like there was always something more important — the to-do list, the emails, everyone else’s needs before mine.

But somewhere along the way I realized: the version of me who takes ten minutes to feel put-together is the version who shows up better for everything else.

Not because I look different. Because I feel different.
This isn’t vanity. It’s maintenance for the person carrying it all.

Once you have them you may not be able to live without them.

I think about how many women walk around carrying so much…

and how something as simple as feeling good about your hair can give a little piece of that weight back.

It can make you smile when you look in the mirror and that smile carries over to the rest of your day.

Helping you get there is the best part of my job.
