I hope this message finds you well! At Openshop Studios, I’m always looking for ways to enhance your grooming experience. I get a lot of clients who either love to use enhancements (Spray or Fibers) on their hair and can’t wash it thoroughly when they get home because they will most likely wash it out. And I also get clients who would love to try enhancements but are wary of using also because of the wash out factor and believe it's not worth their time.

Starting now, When you book your next haircut, you can now add a shampoo service easily to your appointment. This is not just any shampoo – but it’s me cutting the hair first, washing the cut hair and dirt out, and then applying enhancements saving you time when you get home while also taking your cut to another level.

And if you’re still not an enhancement lover and just don’t feel like washing when you get home or say you have somewhere important to be afterwards, feel free to add a wash to your next appointment as well!

Update for July holiday hours!

Greetings!

I hope you're staying cool this weekend and are getting ready to start a great week. I’m sending this out to let you know that hours will be limited during the first few weeks of July. I will be out of town July 2nd through the 5th and again July 12th and 13th. If you are needing to get in before the holiday or the 2nd week of the month and have not yet booked, spots are filling fast, so booking soon is strongly encouraged. Also, if you haven’t been in in a while, as I always say, it’s always a great week to get back right and start your week or month off the right way!

Also, I know I sound like a broken record, but I would like to really thank those that are adhering to the new grace period policy and doing a great job of arriving early. It is greatly appreciated, does not go unnoticed, helps to better value everyones time, and helps to grow the business! For those who haven't been to the shop in a while, be advised that at 5 minutes after your appointment was scheduled, if you are not in the chair, you will be charged extra.

New Grace Period Policy

Dear valued customer, I wanted to inform you that starting on May 1st, there will be a change to our grace period policy. While most clients will not be impacted, we have noticed that some customers have been taking advantage of the current grace period. This change is necessary to ensure that we can continue to provide prompt and efficient service to all of our clients and to keep respect of everyones time. For each minute that someone is running behind that's a minute thats having to be rushed on their service and a minute that sometimes is subtracted from the next client. Thank you for your understanding.

New policy is as stated: at 5 minutes late $5, at 10 minutes $10, at 15 minutes $15 and so forth......

Spring into Style with Openshop Studios - April Updates!

Happy April everyone! I wanted to inform all customers that Openshop Studios will be closed from April 9th through April 12th, which is next Tuesday through Friday.
