Today the Wake County Board of Commissioners has officially issued a State of Emergency Declaration requiring my business to close until at least April 30th. I'm truly heartbroken to close my doors but know we each have a responsibility to lessen the impact of this outbreak within our community.

Over the next six weeks, please feel free to contact me for any reason. I'd especially appreciate you texting me any updates that you would typically share during our visit, as I'll truly miss interacting with each of my beloved salon guests during this difficult time. Thank you so much for being a part of my salon family! I look forward to seeing everyone once it is safe to do so. Until then please take care of yourselves and one another.

Hello guests of Brandywine Design. I would like to take a moment to discuss the Coronavirus and how it affects us in the salon. This virus is thought to spread mainly between people who are in close contact with one another. As a stylist, I work in very close contact with my guests and there is always a risk of infection. This is precisely why Cosmetologists are trained, licensed, and inspected by the state. I'm taking precautions to prioritize everyone's health and safety during their visit. Between every client visit I will be thoroughly washing my hands, disinfecting my tools and salon surfaces, and sanitizing my capes and towels. Hand sanitizer, face masks, soap & water will also be available to my guests.

Everyone can do their part to help diminish this emerging public health threat. With this in mind, I'm kindly asking that you please reschedule your appointment if you feel you should, if you have traveled recently, had possible exposure, or are experiencing any symptoms, no matter how mild. If guests exhibit any symptoms, they will respectfully be asked to leave the salon and reschedule when they are showing none. I'm also asking that only guests who have scheduled appointments enter the salon during this time. I appreciate your understanding, compliance, and continued patronage! I love my job and each of you! Thank you!
