Good Day!
It is a glorious day knowing that I will be able to open my salon soon and see all you wonderful people! Please be patient as I contact you or you contact me for rescheduling. If I send you a possible appointment date, please answer me as soon as possible as I am awaiting your answer before I move on to the next client.

I wanted to reach out to you in advance of your appointment to give you more specific information relevant to you and your upcoming service. This will be long so please bear with me:

All clients and stylists will be required to wear a mask while at the salon. Obviously there will be times when you as the client will have to remove the ear pieces of your mask but may still hold your mask to your face in order to complete the service. I will wear a mask the entire time.

Please arrive on-time for your appointment and allow an additional 5-10 minutes for check-in.

Please come to your appointment alone (no extra guests or children) for the time being. Also, I will not be double-booking so one client at a time.

I will have a consent form ready for you to read and sign. I will take your temperature that we will document on this form. This form contains most all of the same questions that you are asked at a doctor's office. Not only does it screen everyone for entering the salon but it is also a tool for contact mapping if necessary.

From what I understand from Sola management, our doors will be locked. Text me when you arrived but stay in your car until I text you back that it is okay to enter. You may park in the front or the back (back door is closer to my salon). I will meet you at the door with your consent form and a touchless thermometer.
If all is well, I will need you to wash your hands and be seated and we will get started!

The beverage/snack bar are currently closed to minimize surface contact within the salon. Please be minimal in what you bring with you. We will have room temperature bottled water only.

We will continue to practice social distancing of 6 feet in the salon (except between you and me during your service). If my roommate is also in the salon, our stations are already six feet apart. We will do our best to distance from each other.

We already following strict sanitation and disinfecting procedures all day long as requiredby our State Board. These procedures include but are not limited to frequent hand washing, disinfecting chairs, styling stations, and tools, disinfecting door handles and k***s, restrooms, and all high touch areas. Capes and smocks are one-time use only, per client. For now, we are adding a few other criteria as stated above.

I am asking that everyone bring cash or check. Running credit cards just involves more handing off of items so please be prepared for this.

Hugging and handshaking and anything other than the required contact to provide your service will be avoided at this time. You know I am a hugger and this is will be very hard for me but hopefully someday a big bear hug is in your future from me.

If you have an underlying health condition(s), I ask that you please notify me so we can discuss. In addition, if you have been ill or around someone who has been ill, please be open with me and we will figure it out...
