PSA to My Clients

Many of you have become friends over time, and I appreciate each of you. I hate to have this conversation, but it needs to be said.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule. If you arrive but stay in your car on the phone, that still counts as being late.

Lately, the amount of time I spend waiting to start appointments has gotten out of control. I value my time, and I value yours as well. Please be more considerate and arrive on time so I can serve everyone efficiently.

Yesterday was day two with . Sally is such a relatable person, seriously so genuine! The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a bright smile and a hug! She has the biggest personality and kept the class laughing and learning ALL day! She demonstrated not only how to do the technique but the why behind it!

I can NOT express how grateful I am to have color my hair today!! Like.. who dis blonde girl? I am ❤️ A) not only did I get to come home with good hair but B) I came home with ✌️swag bags with and products, Last BUT not least C) I was also able to sit in on the class,so I have more tools in my belt to use on my clients.
