What an incredible weekend at the Florida Pro championship. I had the opportunity to step on stage with a stacked group of Bikini Pros from all over the country and took 3rd place Pro Bikini Masters and 4th place Pro Bikini Open.

The love I have for Natural Bodybuilding continues to grow every show. This sport has changed my life.

The work never stops. Ready to keep pushing and continue to grow!!!

Seven years ago after having a “not very nice” meeting with the mirror, I decided it was time to take control over my life.

After having my twin boys, Sammy & Gabriel, life got a bit complicated. Sammy was born with a genetic disorder. Open heart surgeries, feeding tube, doctor’s appointments, therapies, anything needed to keep him alive while doing my best to also give all the love needed to Gabriel.
The stress was so overwhelming that I became an emotional eater. Food was my way to cope with the situation. One day I decided that enough was enough. I was only hurting myself and I needed a change. I needed to be healthier not just physically but also mentally. I knew I had a long road to walk ahead of me and I needed “me” back to walk it.

That’s when I discovered the ingredients of the “𝗺𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥”. Consistency, dedication, will power, internal strength, determination, goals, discipline, belief, all combine to give you what you need to change your mindset.

After years of taking the “magic pill” daily, I am a happier person because I know I can conquer anything I set my mind to. It is a beautiful mind game that gives you peace along with the best side effects as you see your body transform and project your new inner strength.

You know that there is a unique calling on your life that only you can fulfill and you stay in your lane - you enjoy your given mission and find power when you step into that.

2021 you gave me wings, you set me free, you pushed me out of my comfort zone. You sent me a village to push me through and a few bumps to test my strength. You brought so many wonderful souls to my life and removed the ones that were blocking the way.

This has been a year of learning and growing, a year of development.
2021 was the beginning of a wonderful path to follow. 2022 I am already working on your path!!!
