I make an onion wellness tonic by boiling:
🧅 3 red onions
🌿 A handful of fresh ginger
🟡 Fresh turmeric
🌸 About 20 cloves
🍋 Lemon
I boil the ingredients, strain the liquid, and drink it daily when I know I’ll be around people who are sick. I feel great, and personally, I’ve found it to be a comforting part of my wellness routine. I’m happy to share the recipe with anyone who wants to try it!
