As of today when you book for your fills and full sets, there is a minimum of a $25 deposit that you will have to put down when you book your appointments. Attention Lash Clients 🚨 I want to take a moment to talk about my booking and cancellation policy. I absolutely love what I do, and I love every single one of you. I also know that life happens and emergencies are sometimes unavoidable. I have always been very understanding and tried to be as flexible as possible.However, as a small business owner, time is my only income. When a last minute cancellation or no show happens, I not only lose that income, but I also miss the opportunity to offer that spot to someone else on my waiting list. So because of this I must enforce my cancellation Policy moving forward. My policy is clearly stated when you book your appointments, and this boundary allows me to keep my business running smoothly and fairly for all my clients. Hi everyone 💛

I just wanted to make a quick post regarding appointments. I completely understand that life happens and unexpected things can come up emergencies, traffic, sick kids, schedule mix-ups, etc. I always try to be as understanding and flexible as possible.

That being said, I kindly ask that you please take my appointment time seriously. Late arrivals and no-shows greatly affect my schedule, my other clients, and my income, as this is my job and livelihood. When appointments are missed or clients arrive very late without notice, it leaves time that I’m unable to refill.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I truly appreciate as much notice as possible. Respecting appointment times helps me continue providing the best service to everyone.
