Today I’m doing a deep dive into viscosity and hydration at the cellular level✨ if we talk during a session, usually during a medical massage or when I answer a question, I almost always bring up the slide and glide that I’m looking for when working areas. I talk about tissue needing hydration- like water and hyaluranon and other things. I talk about it kind of vaguely, because I have surface level knowledge. ABMP put out a great podcast that started me looking into hydration at the cellular level so I can better understand what possible impact I can have via massage.
