I understand everyone has an opinion, but we have decided the most professional and safest option for us and our guests here at Kodere is to continue with masking and monitoring the situation going forward. We are simply trying to doing our best at making these difficult decisions. And honestly it’s a lose/lose on either end. If you are still uncomfortable with following what we are asking people to do to help others feel safe, we understand if you'd like to get your hair done elsewhere.

The news that everyone’s been waiting for! 🥁

Recently I got the opportunity to be a part of a small + extremely talented dream team of stylists that inspire me daily. I cannot wait to share with you what’s been happening. Starting September 1st, I will be located inside Appleton’s newest + coolest salon.

Kōdərē will be located inside the newly reimagined Gabriel Lofts at 201 E. College Avenue downtown Appleton.

I cannot wait to show off this stunning space to all of your smiling faces ready to get even more gorgeous

Hello everyone! What a week, huh? We just got word that Appleton is open and ready to get back to the salon. As of right now, I’m still planning on staying home until May 26th to adequately sanitize and stock back up on what’s needed to safely open. Though I may believe the city is opening too abruptly, I care deeply for all of you and your safety and health means the most to me.

Below is our protocol for the salon, so if you have an upcoming appointment, please read & follow it.

Hello everyone! I’m sure you’ve all heard by now that the “safer at home” mandate has been extended to May 26th. This is so hard for so many, but I believe this is the right thing that needs to happen for Wisconsin. As overwhelming as this is, I will be [slowly] reaching out to each and every one of you that has an appointment booked between now and then. I will do my absolute best to adjust my schedule where I can.

Missing you all like crazy, but I appreciate you all SO much for understanding and being there for me and my family during this stressful time! ♥︎

With an extremely heavy heart, I am here to announce I will not be working today through (tentatively) March 31st. As of now, appointments booked after March 31st at Salon Elan will remain the same. As difficult as this will be, it is the right thing to do to keep everyone as safe and healthy as we can. Please, please do your part to keep you and your loved ones healthy and not risking getting you or anyone else sick. It’s just not worth it. This will be a difficult time for many, but we WILL get through this.

Hi everyone! 👋🏼 sorry I’ve been a little MIA lately. I’m the worst at taking photos 🤦🏻‍♀️ Here is one transformation that turned out truly amazing. Over the past few months, she wanted to go lighter and lighter with a natural “lived in” look and she understood that it’s a process that takes time! Within two sessions, we got her from the 3rd photo, to the first. And prior to the 3rd photo, she was all over dark. Doing it this way, we were able to keep the integrity of her hair, while still achieving beautiful colors each time. Love it this bright for summer! ✨
