And how long your blowout lasts? That’s influenced by things like density, porosity, products, humidity, your haircut and how the hair is styled all make a difference.

My naturally wavy and curly girls tend to see a really dramatic transformation because we’re temporarily changing your hair’s natural pattern. I find their blowouts can last up to a week.

As for my straight-haired queens don’t think this means blowouts aren’t for you 😂

Your hair can benefit just as much, just in a different way. A blowout can give naturally straight hair body, volume, movement, bounce, softness and that gorgeous salon-fresh finish that can be hard to recreate at home. It may relax a little faster based on the things above.

I’ve been thinking about opening up one additional evening during the week OR one Saturday specifically for students! 🤍

I know a lot of you have been struggling to get on my schedule, especially with the kids going back to school and everyone’s schedules getting busy again. I’d love to create another option that makes it a little easier for you to get in without changing my regular schedule too much.

Hiiii guys.

I haven’t been feeling very inspired lately… but I’m still here!! I promise. 😂

This year has been such a strange one for me, with so many unexpected life changes, adjustments and just… a lot of things happening behind the scenes. I’ve been trying to give myself some grace and take things one day at a time.

If I haven’t been getting back to messages, posting as much, or showing up here the way I normally do, I apologize. I honestly haven’t been doing the greatest job at my job lately and I know that!!

It’s not that I don’t love what I do anymore. I think I’ve just been a little mentally drained, uninspired and sometimes you need a minute to step back, breathe and find that spark again.

I’m slowly finding my way back and I will get back on my grind!! I have so many ideas, things I want to create and plans for the rest of the year. I just need to get myself back into that creative headspace!!

A little gray blending action! 🤍

One of the biggest misconceptions is that more highlights automatically mean better gray blending. In reality, that’s not always the case.

My goal with gray blending is to create a color that closely mimics your natural base, allowing your grays to soften into the overall look instead of creating a harsh line as they grow out. The result is a seamless, low-maintenance grow-out that looks intentional! Not obvious.

A little fashion color fun! And before anyone asks… don’t request this. Fashion colors are reserved exclusively for my nieces. 💕
